Who we work with

Serious leaders doing work that matters.

We work with CEOs, founders, senior executives, and leadership teams who want stronger results without treating relationships as collateral damage.

Conscious Growth Partners is based in Connecticut and works with leaders and organizations throughout the United States.

Big enough for the people problems to matter. Small enough to change how the work gets done.

CGP most often works with established organizations navigating the pressure that comes with growth, change, complexity, or a new level of leadership responsibility.

The typical organization has roughly $20 million to $200 million in revenue and 100 to 1,000 employees. Those numbers are useful context, not a gate. The more important question is whether leaders are willing to examine how their own behavior, relationships, decisions, and systems shape the results they are getting.

Founder-led and closely held companies

The company has outgrown informal ways of working. Decisions, roles, communication, and accountability now need more structure without losing what made the business successful.

Family enterprises

Business decisions and family relationships are tightly connected. Leaders need a way to work with both honestly without reducing one to the other.

Professional and knowledge-based organizations

Results depend on judgment, trust, collaboration, and influence. Smart people are working hard, but expertise alone is not solving the relationship or accountability problem.

Leadership teams inside larger organizations

A senior team needs to work differently across functions, regions, or business units. The issue is not another strategy presentation. It is how leaders make decisions, handle tension, exchange feedback, and follow through together.

The issue is rarely a lack of intelligence or effort.

Leaders usually reach out when capable people are working around a problem they have not been able to solve on their own.

  • Growth has created confusion about roles, decisions, and ownership.
  • A senior relationship has become strained, guarded, or unproductive.
  • The leadership team avoids hard conversations or repeats the same conflict.
  • Accountability feels like blame, pressure, or punishment.
  • A respected leader's intent and impact are no longer matching.
  • Values sound right but do not show up consistently in meetings, priorities, feedback, or decisions.
  • A transition, succession, acquisition, or new strategy is exposing cracks in how the organization operates.
  • Leaders need development that reaches beyond one workshop or offsite.

Ready does not mean comfortable.

The strongest clients are willing to look at the full system, including their own contribution to it. They want candor, not theater. They can hold high care and high expectations at the same time.

They are prepared to:

  • Name what is happening without turning the conversation into blame.
  • Listen to feedback they may not agree with immediately.
  • Make clearer agreements about decisions, behavior, and follow-through.
  • Practice new responses in real work, not just discuss them in theory.
  • Reinforce the change after the initial session, assessment, or workshop ends.

When CGP may not be the right fit

Some situations call for something else.

CGP may not be the right partner when a leader wants us to fix everyone else, when the goal is a motivational event without follow-through, or when the organization is looking for a prepackaged answer that avoids the real context.

We are also not a substitute for legal, medical, crisis, or employee-relations counsel. When another kind of support is more appropriate, we will say so.

Start with the real situation.

Some clients begin with one leader. Others begin with a leadership team, a facilitated assessment, a workshop, or a broader accountability initiative. The right entry point depends on where the issue lives and what the organization is prepared to do next.

One leader

Executive Coaching and Facilitated 360 Feedback help a senior leader understand impact, work through consequential relationships, and lead more deliberately.

One leadership team

Leadership Team Development helps a senior team work with real decisions, tension, trust, accountability, and shared commitments.

A wider organization

Organizational Accountability and the Conscious Growth Journey connect leadership behavior, team practice, systems, and reinforcement when the change has to reach beyond one room.
