The Conscious Growth Journey

Build Shared Accountability From the Leader to the Team to the Organization

Accountability problems often grow through unclear roles, delayed feedback, unspoken expectations, and ways of working that depend too heavily on one leader. CGP helps you find where the friction lives and build practical ways of working that can travel through the organization.

Begin with a 90-minute working session, a facilitated 360, a defined coaching need, or a larger audience experience. Each next phase is separately scoped.

The short answer

What Is the Conscious Growth Journey?

The Conscious Growth Journey is CGP's staged way of helping a leader, leadership team, or organization build shared accountability. The work can begin with a Download Session, facilitated 360, workshop, or defined coaching need. Each phase is separately scoped, and the next phase is recommended when it serves the client's goals.

Why the work connects

Accountability Problems Travel Across Levels

A leader, a team, and an organization shape one another every day.

A CEO can change how they lead and still return to a team with unclear commitments. A leadership team can improve its meetings and still work inside structures that reward old behavior. An organization can run training while senior leaders continue modeling the pattern everyone else is being asked to change.

CGP looks at the connected system: how the leader creates clarity, how the team carries shared work, and how practices and structures shape behavior across the organization.

Results and fit

What the Journey Is Designed to Improve

The goals depend on the organization. CGP connects the work to observable leadership behavior, shared work, and the business issue that brought the client in.

Patterns that often signal connected friction

  • Roles, expectations, priorities, or decisions remain unclear
  • Feedback is delayed until the cost is visible
  • Commitments weaken as work crosses functions
  • The CEO or senior leader remains a routine bottleneck
  • Teams work around one another under pressure
  • Leadership development stays separate from daily work

Capabilities the Journey is built to strengthen

  • Clearer roles, expectations, priorities, and decisions
  • Earlier and more useful feedback
  • Stronger commitments and follow-through
  • Better coordination across interdependent work
  • Greater ownership without more blame
  • Practices that can travel beyond one leader or team

This Is Usually a Good Fit When

  • The issue affects meaningful business priorities or working relationships
  • Senior leaders are willing to examine their own contribution
  • The organization wants practical change in how work gets done
  • There is time and sponsorship to practice between sessions
  • The client wants to decide phase by phase

This Is Probably Not the Right Fit When

  • The organization wants a quick culture campaign
  • Leaders expect CGP to fix other people while staying outside the work
  • The primary need is an active legal, clinical, or employee-relations matter
  • A workshop or assessment is expected to create durable change alone

Frequently asked questions

What Leaders and Sponsors Usually Want to Know

Do we have to complete every phase of the Conscious Growth Journey?

No. Clients begin with the phase that fits the current need. At the end of each phase, CGP and the client review progress and decide whether another phase has a clear purpose. There is no automatic continuation.

Where should we start?

Start where the friction is most visible. A facilitated 360 fits a leader who needs candid feedback. Executive Coaching fits a leader working on sustained change. Leadership Team Coaching fits shared decisions, interdependencies, and team patterns. Organizational Accountability fits issues that reach across teams or levels. The Download Session helps when the right starting point is unclear.

Does every client begin with a Download Session?

The Download Session is the normal starting point when a leadership, team, or organizational issue needs to be understood and scoped. A client may also enter through a facilitated 360, workshop, keynote, or clearly defined service need.

What happens in the 90-minute Download Session?

A CGP coach helps the client lay out the situation, separate symptoms from the most consequential issue, and decide what should happen next. The session is free and includes preparation and a written decision summary.

Is a facilitated 360 required before Executive Coaching?

No. A 360 can be a useful starting point or part of a coaching engagement when outside perspectives will improve the work. CGP recommends assessment based on the purpose and context.

How long does the Journey take?

The duration depends on where the client begins and how far the work needs to travel. Executive Coaching, Leadership Team Coaching, and Organizational Accountability generally use six-month starting horizons. Clients decide separately whether and when to move into another phase.

What does the full Conscious Growth Journey cost?

There is no single mandatory package price. The Download Session is free. Facilitated 360 Feedback ranges from $2,500 to $5,000 per leader. Executive Coaching ranges from $25,000 to $40,000, Leadership Team Coaching from $50,000 to $150,000+, and organization-wide implementation from $150,000 to $500,000+. Each phase is scoped and purchased separately.

Can we begin with leadership team or organizational work?

Yes, when the need and readiness are clear. Senior-leader sponsorship and behavior still matter. CGP will assess whether the team or organization is prepared to begin at that level and whether any leader-level work should happen first or alongside it.

How are progress and outcomes measured?

CGP and the client define the desired change at the beginning. Progress may be reviewed through stakeholder feedback, observation, pulse questions, use of agreed practices, decision and meeting patterns, and business indicators connected to the original issue.

How do workshops and keynotes fit into the Journey?

A workshop or keynote can introduce Conscious Accountability to a larger audience and help the sponsor see where deeper work may be useful. Any follow-up coaching, team development, or organizational work is separately scoped.

Is the work confidential?

CGP establishes confidentiality, sponsor communication, report ownership, and team transparency at the beginning of each engagement. Individual coaching and assessment conversations are not treated as routine reports to a sponsor.

Does CGP work outside Connecticut?

Yes. Conscious Growth Partners is based in Connecticut and works with leaders and organizations throughout the United States. Virtual delivery is available nationwide, and onsite work can be included when it materially improves the engagement.
