Get the Whole Situation Out of Your Head and Find the Real Starting Point
When a leadership or team issue feels tangled, it is hard to know what to solve first. A CGP coach helps you lay out what is happening, separate symptoms from the most consequential issue, and decide what should happen next.
Free, including preparation, 90 minutes with a CGP coach, and a written decision summary.

What Is a Download Session?
The Download Session is a private, coach-led working session for a CEO or senior leader carrying a leadership, team, or organizational issue. You bring the situation as it is. Your coach helps organize the facts, pressures, relationships, and decisions so you can see what needs attention first.
Useful When Too Much Context Is Competing for Your Attention
The issue may look like one person, one missed commitment, or one difficult decision. Once you start talking, the real problem often sits across several relationships, expectations, and operating conditions.
You do not need to diagnose it first. That is the work of the session.
One Focused Conversation, With Work Before and After
The 90 minutes are the center of the engagement. Preparation and the written follow-through make the conversation useful after the call ends.
Request the Session
Tell CGP what is happening, who is involved, and what you need help making sense of. A coach reviews the request and confirms fit.
Prepare the Context
CGP sends brief guidance so you can bring the important facts, history, people, decisions, and constraints without writing a long report.
Work Through the Situation
Your coach listens for patterns, asks direct questions, tests assumptions, and helps you identify the issue that matters most.
Choose the Next Move
You receive a written decision summary with priorities and a recommended next step. Any larger engagement is a separate decision.
This is a working session with a coach. It is not handed to a salesperson. The relationship and the work begin in the same room.
A Decision Summary You Can Actually Use
The summary captures the clearest version of the issue and what the conversation suggests you should do next. It gives you something concrete without pretending that 90 minutes can produce a full organizational diagnosis.
From a large amount of context to a smaller number of decisions.
You should leave lighter because the situation is more organized, the central issue is clearer, and the next step has a purpose.
Your Situation, Organized
What 90 Minutes Can Change
The session is designed to improve the quality of the next decision. It can help you stop circling the issue, see your own role more clearly, and choose an appropriate level of support.
What leaders often bring in
- A situation that feels heavier every week
- Several plausible explanations for the same problem
- A decision that keeps getting delayed
- Frustration with another leader or the team
- Pressure to act without enough clarity
What the session is built to create
- A more organized view of the situation
- A clearer distinction between symptoms and causes
- Greater awareness of the leader's own impact
- A smaller number of priorities
- A decision about what should happen next
A Strong Starting Point When the Situation Is Real and the Path Is Unclear
This Is Usually a Good Fit When
- You are the CEO, founder, senior leader, or sponsor carrying the issue
- The decision affects meaningful work or working relationships
- You are willing to look at your own contribution
- You want a candid outside perspective
- You need help choosing the right starting point
Another Path Is Usually Better When
- The primary need is an active legal, clinical, safety, or employee-relations matter
- You need emergency crisis support
- You want a coach to validate a decision already made
- The person carrying the issue will not participate
- You need a detailed organizational assessment in one conversation

What Leaders Usually Want to Know
What is a 90-minute Download Session?
The Download Session is a private working session with a CGP coach. A CEO or senior leader lays out a leadership, team, or organizational issue, identifies what matters most, and leaves with a written decision summary and a recommended next step.
How much does a Download Session cost?
The Download Session is free. It includes preparation, a private 90-minute session with a CGP coach, and a written decision summary. No payment information or larger commitment is required.
Is the Download Session a sales call?
No. The free session is private and led by a CGP coach. The purpose is to understand the situation and decide what should happen next. Any larger engagement is a separate decision.
Who should attend?
The session is usually for the CEO, founder, senior executive, or organizational sponsor who carries the issue and can act on the decision. CGP will recommend including another person only when it will improve the work.
What should I prepare?
Bring the situation as it is, including the people involved, what has already been tried, the decisions that feel stuck, the timing, and the consequences of leaving the issue unresolved. CGP will send brief preparation guidance before the session.
What will I receive afterward?
You receive a written decision summary that captures the central issue, important context, priorities, and the recommended next step. The summary is a practical decision aid and does not attempt to replace a full assessment or consulting report.
What can the next step be?
The next step may be a decision you handle independently, Facilitated 360 Feedback, Executive Coaching, Leadership Team Coaching, Organizational Accountability work, or another resource. CGP may also recommend that no larger engagement is needed.
Is the conversation confidential?
Yes. CGP establishes who the client is, how the session will be handled, and what may be shared before the work begins. Private coaching conversations are not treated as routine reports to another person or sponsor.
Can the session be completed virtually?
Yes. Conscious Growth Partners is based in Connecticut and works with leaders and organizations throughout the United States. The Download Session can be completed virtually nationwide.
Bring the Situation as It Is
You do not need to make the problem neat before you reach out. Tell CGP what is happening and what you need help making sense of. A coach will review the request and confirm whether the free Download Session is the right starting point.
