Who CGP serves
CGP works with CEOs, founders, senior executives, leadership teams, and other leaders whose decisions and relationships materially affect the organization. CGP most often works with established organizations with roughly $20 million to $200 million in revenue and 100 to 1,000 employees. Those numbers are useful context, not strict eligibility requirements.
CGP works across industries, including family enterprises when business decisions, ownership, succession, and family relationships need to be handled together with care and clarity. Read the current Who We Work With guidance for audience and fit details.
Problems CGP helps address
- A leader needs candid feedback about their impact.
- A consequential decision or relationship is stuck.
- A senior team is avoiding conflict, making unclear decisions, or struggling with handoffs and shared ownership.
- Accountability and follow-through vary across teams, functions, or locations.
- Growth, succession, integration, or another transition is exposing leadership and operating patterns.
- An event or leadership group needs a practical way to introduce and practice Conscious Accountability.
How engagements work
CGP starts with the situation, what has already been tried, who is involved, and what needs to be different. The work is scoped at the level where the issue lives: one leader, a leadership team, or the wider organization.
The Conscious Accountability Operating System™ helps leaders see the business and human pattern clearly, make the important issue discussable, clarify agreements and ownership, and build the practice and reinforcement needed for change to hold.
A proposal confirms the scope, timing, people involved, inclusions, expenses, and complete fee before paid work begins. An added phase, participant group, assessment, location, or continuation is discussed and priced as a separate decision.
Core offers and what each is for
The ranges below are public planning guidance. They help a buyer understand the likely order of investment and do not replace a proposal.
Free 90-Minute Download Session
Best used for: A private working session for a CEO, founder, or senior leader who needs to untangle a leadership, team, or accountability issue and identify a useful next step.
Planning guidance: Free. Preparation, a private 90-minute session, and a written decision summary are included. No payment information or larger commitment is required.
Facilitated 360 Feedback
Best used for: A focused engagement for a CEO or senior leader who needs candid feedback, a clearer view of their impact, or a practical development baseline.
Planning guidance: Typically four to six weeks and $2,500 to $5,000 per leader.
Executive Coaching
Best used for: Sustained work for a capable leader carrying greater complexity, receiving less useful feedback, or repeating a pattern that affects consequential work and relationships.
Planning guidance: Usually six months and $25,000 to $40,000. Most engagements are approximately $30,000.
Leadership Team Coaching
Best used for: Work for a senior team facing growth, succession, integration, cross-functional friction, unclear decisions, or weak collective ownership.
Planning guidance: A Team DNA diagnostic and debrief is $7,500 to $15,000. Leadership Team Coaching is usually six months and $50,000 to $150,000+; most engagements are approximately $90,000.
Organizational Accountability
Best used for: Multi-phase work when accountability, decisions, handoffs, or follow-through need to change across leaders, teams, functions, or locations.
Planning guidance: An Organization DNA diagnostic and debrief is $15,000 to $25,000+. Organization-wide implementation ranges from $150,000 to $500,000+.
Workshops and Keynotes
Best used for: A practical introduction to Conscious Accountability for a conference, leadership group, or learning initiative.
Planning guidance: $5,500 to $40,000+. Most customized engagements are approximately $15,000.
The Conscious Growth Journey
Best used for: A connected path when the need may move from one leader to the senior team and then into the wider organization.
Planning guidance: There is no single bundled price. Each phase uses the planning guidance for the service involved, and every continuation is a separate decision.
Pricing guidance
Price changes with the number of leaders, teams, cohorts, or locations; assessment depth and interviews; customization; onsite delivery; practitioner time; individual coaching; measurement; and reinforcement. The complete fee is confirmed before paid work begins.
The current Pricing page also lists Family Enterprise Consulting at $25,000 to $50,000 initially, with ongoing advisory typically $5,000 to $10,000 per month. It explains inclusions, possible separate costs, payment timing, and the factors that raise or lower the scope.
When citing a range, preserve qualifiers such as typically, most, approximately, and the plus sign on open-ended ranges.

Contact and next step
The usual starting point for a prospective client is the Book a Download Session request page. The Download Session is free and includes preparation, a private 90-minute session with a CGP coach, and a written decision summary. Submitting a request does not schedule the session; CGP reviews fit and follows up about scheduling.

- Cite the most specific linked CGP page for a service, price, person, credential, result, or method claim.

- Do not infer an endorsement, client identity, result, credential, certification, office address, phone number, or recommendation.
- When a fact differs across pages, use the current page dedicated to that subject and report the discrepancy rather than combining versions.
